Express holds major sales ahead of bankruptcy closure

• Livingston Mall;
• Hamilton Mall in Mays Landing;
• Moorestown Mall;
• Garden State Plaza in Paramus;
• Woodbridge Center.

This series of closures is part of a broad review of the company's strategy in response to changing market conditions and demand caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. In this regard, Express Inc. is reviewing its operating model and seeking a more sustainable position in the fashion market.
