Biden’s opponents in the United States used the photo to ridicule Biden, and Russian security guards began to disperse the thesis that Zelensky is “Biden’s boy.”
Newsweek reviewed official White House photos from that meeting and concluded that the original source was a Twitter image of First Lady Jill Biden. Only in this photo the President of the United States hugs Zelensky not by the butt, but by the back. Otherwise, the photographs are identical: the pictures were taken at the same time, they have the same shadows, Jill Biden's hair flutters in the same way in the wind. In the "butt" photo, there are no folds on Zelensky's sweatshirt - they were erased in the edited version, which edited the position of Biden's hand.
