Photos of Vladislav Klyushin’s cars may be used in court
Now the parties are arguing about the possibility of using photos of some of the defendants' cars in front of the jury. The defense argues that photos of the cars would unfairly influence the jury, but the prosecution argues that the jury will already know about the defendant's wealth because he made large stock transactions.
In addition, the prosecution considers the number 13 in the car license plates to be evidence that all owners are affiliated with Klyushin’s M-13 company.
