Jimmy Carter will spend the rest of his life in hospice care
The 39th President of the United States, Jimmy Carter, refused to continue treatment and will spend the rest of his life at home receiving hospice care. Carter is 98 years old and holds the record for longest life expectancy among American presidents. Carter led the United States from 1977 to 1981.
