An art critic from California faces prison for mocking a homeless woman.

Ten days ago, social networks were outraged by a video in which the owner of the Foster Gwin gallery, Collier Gwin, poured water on a homeless woman, although it was cold outside. The man did not repent, but stated that he wanted to help the woman. However, people did not believe his words: under public pressure, the police opened a case.

Gwin is charged with battery. If found guilty, the man faces either six months in county jail or a $2000 fine.
