A woman jumped from Niagara Falls with her little son
In New York, a mother climbed over a fence and jumped off Niagara Falls with her 5-year-old son. Rescuers managed to go down, lift the boy from the gorge and transport him by helicopter to the hospital with a head injury. The child underwent surgery but remains in critical condition.
The mother died immediately. The investigation is still ongoing. It is known that the 34-year-old woman came to the waterfall with her husband and child from Illinois.
