Woman's finger amputated after pedicure
9-year-old Anita House from Georgia visited a salon where she received a pedicure after trimming an ingrown toenail. However, the master cut the woman’s finger, which caused further infection. Anita's finger became swollen, she went to two doctors who prescribed antibiotics, but there was no improvement. As a result, one of the doctors said that it was necessary to amputate the finger to prevent the infection from spreading further down the leg.
