Biden recalled falling fuel prices in the US
US President Joe Biden seems pleased with the situation in the fuel market. He said fuel prices in the U.S. are now down more than $1,70 from a peak last June when car owners were paying $5 a gallon. For a typical family, this saves about $180 per month. According to AAA, the average price of fuel in the United States is $3,29.
Gasoline costs the most for residents of Hawaii ($5), California ($4,42), Washington ($3,97), Nevada ($3,95) and Alaska ($3,71). The lowest gas prices are in Mississippi ($2,88), Kansas ($2,90), Texas ($2,92), Oklahoma ($2,93) and Louisiana ($2,94).
