Texas Valentine's Day: Zoo suggests naming a cockroach after your ex and feeding it to the animal
The San Antonio Zoo now has an opportunity to speak eloquently about your ex-partner: for $10, you name a cockroach after him or her, and the staff feeds it to the animal. For those who don't like cockroaches, you can choose a vegetable for $5 or a rodent for $25. You'll then receive a digital card that you can send to your ex. For $150, zoo staff will shoot a video and capture how the animal eats a cockroach and a rat.
The “Call Me Cockroach” campaign was launched to raise money to support both the zoo itself and Texas wildlife.
