Forecasters expect three powerful storms that will pass from the Rocky Mountains in the central United States to the East Coast. From Texas to Kentucky to Tennessee, Americans should prepare for heavy rain, flooding and, in some areas, snow. The rain will be accompanied by frosty temperatures. Dallas and Austin (Texas), Oklahoma City (Oklahoma), Little Rock (Arkansas), Memphis and Nashville (Tennessee) should prepare for freezing rain.
