Bruce Willis's daughter reports her father's terminal illness
Doctors diagnosed Bruce Willis with frontotemporal dementia, the actor's daughter Rumer Willis said. In the spring of 2022, Willis was diagnosed with aphasia, a speech disorder that forced him to leave his acting career.
Frontotemporal dementia is an incurable degenerative brain disease whose symptoms include uncharacteristic personality changes, apathy, and difficulty making decisions, speaking and understanding language.
