New York jeweler Jacob Arabo is building the tallest residential building in Dubai

Luxury living is about to set new standards as property mogul Burj Binhatti and celebrity jeweler Jacob Arabo unveiled plans for a luxury residence in Dubai that would be the tallest residential building in the world. This building attracts attention not only with its sublime design, but also with its partnership with one of the world's leading jewelry companies - Jacob & Co.

“Both of our brands were born from the same desire - to achieve something that blurs boundaries,” says Muhammad Binghatti, CEO and head of architecture at Binghatti. “What Binghatti has done in real estate, creating a brand with a distinct design philosophy and architectural identity, is very similar to what Jacob & Co. has done in the world of jewelry and watches.” The partnership created a unique and sophisticated building design with futuristic silhouettes that reflect each brand's innovative vision.

“We took inspiration from the complex clockworks that beat in Jacob & Co. watches,” says Binhatti, “and integrated them into key elements of the tower.”

The building offers three styles of penthouses, named after Jacob & Co's most popular watches: Fleurs De Jardin, Astronomia and Billionaire. “The interior design of the collection's penthouses will be directly inspired by their unique aesthetic,” said Arabo, chairman and creative director of Jacob & Co, in a press release. 

The building, more than 100 stories tall, will feature two- and three-bedroom apartments, a spa, gym and other amenities. The crystal blue pool will offer magnificent views of Dubai. They also promise residents a team of concierges offering daycare services, bodyguards, private chefs and a chauffeur.
