The author of the video claims that these are rats. But that's not true. The woman is actually cooking guinea pigs. This kebab can be found in restaurants in Peru and Ecuador.
But to have guinea pigs cooked in New York? By the way, ironically, this week the City Council is considering a bill that would ban the sale of guinea pigs in New York.
