In the famous American Dream complex in the water park, a decorative helicopter fell directly on people
The American Dream Center is a very popular destination for residents of New York and New Jersey. This complex was opened in 2019. According to eyewitnesses of the incident, a huge plastic helicopter was attached to the ceiling. At some point, for unknown reasons, the structure came off and collapsed on the people who were in the pool. 4 people were injured. One of them was taken to the hospital with serious injuries, while the rest received first aid at the water park itself.
The press service of the American Dream entertainment center reports that an inspection is currently underway. The amusement park will remain closed until at least Wednesday.
