Biden had skin cancer
US President Joe Biden had basal cell carcinoma removed from his chest. This is a common form of skin cancer. Dr. Kevin O'Connor, the White House physician who has long treated Biden, said "all cancerous tissue was successfully removed" in February.
This form of cancer is easily treatable if detected in the early stages. And now the president undergoes regular skin examinations.
