Hunter Biden's daughter's mother asks court to change child's last name to Biden
Former Lunden stripper Alexis Roberts - the mother of one of Hunter Biden's five children - asked a court in Arkansas to change her daughter's last name to Biden. The Biden family, including Hunter, have reportedly never met the child, although the girl was born in August 2018 while Hunter was frequenting the club where Roberts worked.
The name change petition was filed Tuesday because Hunter asked in September to reduce his daughter's child support because his "financial circumstances" had undergone a "substantial, material change."
Attorney Roberts believes the child will benefit from having the last name Biden, as it is "now synonymous with well-educated, successful, financially sharp and politically influential." The statement also alleges that Biden is "attempting to hide his financial affairs while reducing his child support obligations on the basis that he now earns less income." Roberts' legal team wants a list of places where Biden has lived over the past 10 years, cars he has owned and any other evidence of his "lavish lifestyle."
“Biden objects and refuses to provide all the information requested. Instead, Biden is seeking a protective order,” the statement said.
"Roberts also requested information related to the federal investigation into Hunter Biden's 'tax affairs' to determine whether the defendant, as federal authorities have implied, failed to disclose all of his income as it relates to Mr. Biden's earning capacity and credibility."
