The owner of the kindergarten was arrested for the second time for child abuse.
In January of this year, the police received a signal: 63-year-old owner of the Reach for the Sky Academy home kindergarten in Hirami (Georgia), Goldia Lipsky, was abusing children. Officers reviewed CCTV footage and indeed saw a case of abuse involving several children. She was charged accordingly, but the woman was released on bail. This incident taught the woman nothing: she continued her abuse - now five children became her victims. The woman was arrested again: she is collectively accused of 24 counts of criminal offenses.
