North Carolina man dies after police use Taser
In North Carolina, police used a stun gun on a man who was lying on the ground and warned them of heart problems. Officers noticed an open container of alcohol and marijuana in a parked car and attempted to arrest the driver. They hit him with a stun gun 3 times and ended up handcuffing him. An hour after this incident, the man died.
The officers have been suspended while the investigation continues.
