Florida wants to allow residents to buy wine in huge bottles
Republican Chip LaMarca has proposed a bill that would remove the limit on the size of booze you can buy. It is now a misdemeanor to sell wine in containers larger than one gallon, and a second such violation can even result in a penalty of up to 60 days in jail. Therefore, the politician wants to push through a bill on individual wine packaging.
"We save 12 individual bottles by buying one large bottle," he said.
