US fuel prices have started to rise again

The average price of gasoline in the US today is $3,51/gallon. Over the past week, the price of fuel has risen by 12 cents, and over the month - by 41 cents. Analysts from GasBuddy predict that by March you will have to pay $4 per gallon of fuel.

Over the past month, fuel prices have risen the most in Colorado (up 98 cents), Georgia (up 70 cents), Delaware (up 62 cents), Ohio (up 60 cents) and Florida (up 59 cents). The jump in fuel prices was influenced by higher oil prices and extreme weather conditions in the United States, which caused a number of shutdowns at oil refineries.
