A Big Mac costs the most in Hawaii at a whopping $5,31. Next is New York, where you can buy a hamburger for $5,23, in New Jersey for $5,19, and in California for $5,11. The cheapest Big Macs are in Mississippi, where they cost $3,91. In Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska and Oklahoma, a Big Mac costs $4,07.
The best value can be found in Arkansas ($3,95), Alabama, Missouri and South Dakota ($3,99).
