In Oklahoma, a man served a woman's heart to his family for dinner, and then killed his uncle and child.
Lawrence Paul Anderson, 44, admitted to the brutal 2021 murders of his uncle, his granddaughter, who was 4 years old, and a woman. According to investigators, he boiled the heart of the murdered woman, brought it to his uncle’s house and tried to serve it to the family along with potatoes. Then he killed his uncle, his granddaughter, and wounded his wife, gouging out her eye, then cut out her heart and boiled it.
After his confession, the sentence was commuted from death to life imprisonment.
