New exhibit at the Nassau County Tolerance Center
A new exhibit has opened at the Nassau County Holocaust Memorial and Tolerance Center. In total there are 100 exhibits and various photographs that demonstrate how Jews lived, why they moved from the city, etc. From the Holocaust to thriving businesses, here's what you can learn about.
Highlights on display include a sign from Lang's old shoe store, an ice axe, a restaurant menu in St. James and more.
