Breast and genital straps: the popular game The Sims 4 now has updates for transgender people
The Sims developers have updated the character creation system, adding elements for transgender and non-binary people, as well as people with disabilities. You can add a post-operative scar after a mastectomy (removal of the mammary glands) to your character's body. Also included in the game are shapewear, tightening braces and hearing aids.
