The negotiations were intense and lasted almost a day - until the morning. In addition to increasing salaries, teachers have achieved a reduction in workload - this will increase staff and reduce the percentage of professional burnout.
Many teachers see victory in the agreements reached. 49-year-old English teacher Gina Gray claims that she can now look to the future with more hope: before that, she had to burden herself with tutoring in order to somehow pay the bills.
