Florida will allow you to carry loaded guns without a permit.
Florida lawmakers have approved a bill that would allow concealed carrying of loaded weapons without a permit. The document will now go to the desk of state Governor Ron DeSantis, who previously said he would sign it. Thus, existing permit-to-carry requirements (background checks, licensing, and firearms training) would be eliminated. To carry a loaded weapon, you only need an ID card. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in a $25 fine.
