Two women with pit bulls moved into someone else's home and caused tens of thousands of dollars in damage.

Patti Peeples and Don Tiura, co-owners of a home in Jacksonville, Florida, decided to renovate it for later sale. The house was rented out, and the last residents moved out in March. Imagine their surprise when they discovered new residents in the house - a couple of women in a love relationship and two pit bulls. The women claimed that they were victims of rental scams, but Patty is sure they are squatters illegally moving into supposedly “abandoned” houses.

The new tenants drove the owners away with bricks and human feces, but they still managed to gain control of the house through the courts. But what turned out to be inside is shocking: the house, mutilated by dogs, will now have to be completely renovated - the damage is estimated at about $40 thousand.
