Thousands march against abortion in Washington
Demonstrators took part in the March for Life. This is the first meeting since Roe v. Wade was overturned. They want to push Congress to impose more restrictions on the procedure. The rally participants said they want abortion to be banned in every state at any stage of pregnancy. The protesters held signs with the inscriptions: “I demand protection during conception” and “Abortion is genocide.”
