StreetEasy recently published a fresh list of popular places in 2024. The ranking was compiled based on the number of search queries among buyers and renters from 2022 to 2023. According to the list, Queens will likely dominate. It was searched for the most, and apartments here are cheaper compared to neighboring areas.

"Fashionable areas like Soho and the Upper East Side will also be at their peak," say researchers. So, the top ten include Ridgewood, Hunters Point, Hudson Square, Jackson Heights, and others.
