How not to get lost in a big city?

I want to tell you about a small but very useful function. I use it myself all the time when I can’t figure out which road to take at an intersection. This wonderful thing is called Live View in Google Maps. Once you've plotted your route, you can press that magic button. Next, the camera will open, you must photograph everything that surrounds you, and Google Maps will show you exactly which direction you need to move to reach your point B. This is very helpful when you get off the subway in Manhattan and don’t immediately understand where you need to go among everyone these skyscrapers. And yes, I strongly recommend using Google Maps rather than Apple Maps. The latter often fail, showing irrelevant routes and incorrect public transport schedules. Although I like the Apple maps interface better.
