Beauty trend: cosmetics with psychedelics from AP Chem

Cosmeceuticals with psychedelics are the most progressive beauty trend. The union of venerable New York dermatologist Sherwin Parik and ex-executive director of beauty giants La Mer, Clinique and Guerlain Sandra Stutz gave birth to a new skin care brand A.P. Chem. The idea to develop formulas using psychedelics came to Sandra after she was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. Traditional methods of treatment were powerless, and she turned to alternative ones - she underwent a course of ketamine therapy, after which there was a significant improvement. A side effect of ketamine treatment was clear, glowing skin. Sandra's friend, dermatologist Shervin Parikh, was impressed by the result and went with the scientists to the laboratory to conduct experiments. This is how “microDOSE Magic Moisturizer” was born for $75, “EYEahuasca Enlightened Eye Contour Cream” for $85 and “DOPEamine Firming and Hydrating Serum” for $125. This cosmeceutical contains eight types of mushrooms, neuropeptides, gamma-aminobutyric acid, baicalin, extracts of unknown plants, and instead of classic hyaluronic acid, the doctor used polyglutamic acid, which has no equal in moisturizing. But don’t rush to put progressive creams in your cart in the hope that they will open your third eye, send you on an intergalactic journey and bring Buddha to your carpet. This won't happen. But the skin, they say, will transform as if after a dose of Botox injections, and old age will move from accelerated attack mode to slow-mo.

I'm glad mushrooms are taking over the world. They make films about themselves, create art, become muses for designers, penetrate medicine, work as psychotherapists, and now they have launched their own beauty line. This is the future, no matter how you want it.
