A man helped ducks cross the road, but paid for it with his life
A Good Samaritan from Rocklin, California, got out of his car to help a family of ducklings cross a busy road. A few minutes later he was hit and killed by a car. As soon as the man moved the ducks across the road, motorists began clapping for him. One of the eyewitnesses to the incident was 12-year-old William Wimsatt. The boy managed to photograph the man’s kind deed, but a few minutes later he heard a monstrous blow. The car appeared as if out of nowhere: no one understood what happened. The police are investigating the cause of the accident: a 17-year-old girl was driving the car.
