Amazon Fresh - the store of the future

Yesterday, after I failed my driving test, we decided to stop at the store, choosing Amazon Fresh, which was not far from Panera Bread, where I had comforting chicken soup. There is also an Amazon store in our area, but it is smaller and we are already used to it. It contains a feature in a smart cart, which itself scans and counts goods, and when you leave the zone, automatically debits the amount from the linked card. But the downside is that the cart can often malfunction, and last time because of this we had to unload a bunch of products at the regular checkout.

But yesterday we were in a more improved Amazon Fresh! There, the ENTIRE store is covered with cameras on the ceiling that monitor what customers take from the shelves. Imagine you go to a store, take a regular cart, scan the QR code from your Amazon app, enter the store, and then pick up groceries as usual. After shopping, to exit you have to scan the Amazon app again and you're done. You skip the stage of queuing at the checkout, and in general the stage of interaction with the cashier or self-service checkout: come in, shop, leave, isn’t this the future? The money is automatically debited from the card linked to your Amazon account, and a receipt is sent to your email.
