Free food distributed in Brighton
On April 21, any New York resident could receive food packages completely free of charge in the Russian-speaking area of Brighton Beach in Brooklyn. This action became known last week. Employees of the famous Tashkent supermarket began distributing food during the day. Many New Yorkers began lining up early in the morning. Let me remind you that immigrants from Uzbekistan hold such actions twice a year on holidays: Ramadan and Kurban Bayram. The next promotion will take place in 70 days.
