What was on Elon Musk's broadcast?

I hasten to tell you the latest news: yesterday a live broadcast with Desantis took place on Musk’s account. Various people appeared on the air one by one, expressing their support for Desantis to one degree or another and asking him questions. Among them were a professor of medicine from Stanford and a congressman from Kentucky. The host of the broadcast, in addition to Elon Musk, was a businessman from Silicon Valley, who at one time became one of the first investors in Facebook, Airbnb and other large American corporations.

What program will Desantis pursue in his election campaign?

1. He promises to solve the migration crisis, which is now especially relevant on the southern border of the United States: millions of people from Latin America are storming the borders and trying to get into the United States. How does he handle it in Florida? There he acts radically: all specialized services continue to work every day to search for illegal immigrants in the state. After catching the violators, they are loaded onto a bus and sent to areas where the democratic elite lives, which is responsible for the current situation.

2. Desantis also recalled that during the Covid restrictions he was the only governor who did not close his state. At the time, he received quite a lot of criticism for this action. But thanks to this decision by DeSantis, people did not lose their jobs, business flourished, tourists came, and the state's economy remained in a stable position.

3. In addition, the governor is fighting the imposition of a liberal agenda. This applies to children's education, sexuality education and gender reassignment practices. He even has a program called “Let kids be kids,” which promotes the idea that children should not be burdened with politics or the idea of sexual minorities.

Of course, during this meeting, Ron DeSantis did not have time to raise all the topics. I was especially interested in tax issues, but I think we will learn more about all his plans in the near future.

Trump and DeSantis will run for the same party nomination and debate in the primaries before entering the presidential race with the Democratic candidate. Let's see how things go further, because each of the opponents has a strong program, but also quite controversial issues. Of course, if any of them wins, the fate of people who entered the United States across the border with Mexico remains in question. After all, both Trump and Desantis are big critics of this policy. They doubt that all these refugee cases are not made up.
