Mother strangled two children and tried to commit suicide
32-year-old midwife Lindsay Clancy strangled two of her own children: five-year-old Cora and three-year-old Dawson died, but the 7-month-old baby survived - he was given artificial respiration in time. Lindsay herself jumped out of the window. She was discovered by her husband, 34-year-old Patrick, who called an ambulance.
The woman survived and is accused of double murder. In all likelihood, she suffered from postpartum depression, although she very often shared photographs of her children and her happy life on social networks.
