Which state is considered the best for long life?
According to a new study, Hawaii is the best place for those who want to enjoy a long life, as residents of the state live an average of 80,7 years. The worst state for life expectancy was West Virginia, at 72,8 years. Seven of the 10 states with the highest proportions of centenarians are also among the 2 healthiest. Life expectancy in the United States as a whole declined for two years in a row to 78,5 years.
