Garbage collection robots can be found on the streets of New York
An unusual experiment was conducted by scientists from Cornell University. In Manhattan, in the Greenwich Village area, they launched several “garbage” robots. The bins moved independently along the street, collecting garbage from passers-by. Residents and tourists of New York actively helped the work. If the tanks got stuck during operation, passers-by actively helped them. Of course, there were some incidents. But, as scientists say, in any city in the world there are people who do not quite understand such experiments.
