Urologist accused of sexual assault
Darius Paduch, a urologist, took advantage of his position and committed sexual violence against patients. He is accused of touching victims’ genitals without warning during examinations from 2015 to 2019, forcing them to watch porn, talking about the patients’ appearance, etc. The doctor was arrested Monday, according to an indictment filed in Manhattan federal court.
